These Terms of Service govern your use of Recapta, a mobile application for recording and visualizing investment capital recovery.
By using Recapta, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
Recapta is an app that allows users to record and visualize investment-related information, including original invested capital, sales, dividends, recovery amounts, recovered capital, remaining capital, and capital recovery rates.
Recapta displays information and calculation results based on data entered by the user.
Recapta is a record-keeping and visualization tool.
Recapta does not provide:
- Investment advice
- Financial product recommendations
- Recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial product
- Tax advice
- Accounting advice
- Legal advice
- Any other professional advice
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, tax filings, accounting treatment, legal decisions, and related actions.
If necessary, please consult a qualified financial, tax, accounting, or legal professional.
Some features of Recapta may require sign-in through Apple, Google, or another supported authentication method.
Recapta does not provide or manage the user’s Apple ID or Google account.
You are responsible for managing your own sign-in methods, devices, and authentication information.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized use of your sign-in method or device, unless such loss or damage is caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Recapta calculates and displays information based on data entered by the user.
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the data you enter.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or suitability of any calculation results, including recovered capital, remaining capital, recovery rates, or any other figures displayed in the app.
Any exported data, including CSV exports, is generated based on user-entered data and app calculation results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of exported data for tax, accounting, legal, investment, or other professional purposes.
Recapta may store your data locally on your device and/or in cloud storage.
If you use account-based features, your investment record data may be stored in cloud storage so that Recapta can associate the data with your signed-in account.
We take reasonable measures to maintain the app and protect data, but data loss, corruption, synchronization errors, or access issues may occur due to device failure, communication errors, user operations, software bugs, operating system changes, or third-party service issues.
You are responsible for maintaining any backups or exports that you consider necessary.
If you are signed in to Recapta, you may delete Recapta data associated with your currently signed-in account from within the app.
This may include investment records, settings, bookmarks, milestones, and related app data.
Deleting Recapta data does not delete your Apple ID, Google account, or App Store subscription.
Deleting Recapta data does not cancel your App Store subscription. To cancel a subscription, you must use the App Store subscription management screen.
After deleting Recapta data, if you use Recapta again with the same sign-in method, new Recapta data may be created.
Some information may not be deleted immediately if retention is required by law, necessary for legitimate operational purposes, technically difficult to delete immediately, or managed by third-party service providers such as Apple.
Recapta may offer paid features through Recapta Pro.
Recapta Pro Monthly is a monthly auto-renewable subscription.
The price, billing period, and available features are displayed in the app or on the App Store.
Subscription purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
Recapta Pro Monthly automatically renews unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged according to Apple’s terms and policies.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store subscription management screen.
Deleting the app or deleting Recapta data does not cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store subscription management screen.
After cancellation, you may continue to use Pro features until the end of the current paid subscription period, subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
Refunds are handled according to Apple’s terms, policies, and procedures.
We do not directly control Apple-managed payments or refund decisions.
If you would like to request a refund, please follow Apple’s refund request process.
If you reinstall the app or change devices, you may restore your purchase using the “Restore Purchases” function in the app.
To restore a purchase, you must be signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Access to Pro features depends on your valid subscription status.
There may be cases where Pro access is temporarily unavailable or delayed due to communication issues, App Store issues, subscription management service issues, authentication issues, or other technical factors.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Pro features.

Recapta depends on operating systems, the App Store, Apple In-App Purchase, authentication providers, cloud service providers, subscription management services, and other third-party services.
Changes, outages, restrictions, or discontinuation of these services may affect the availability or functionality of Recapta.
We do not guarantee that Recapta will continue to operate permanently on any specific device, operating system, app store environment, or third-party service.
We may suspend or terminate all or part of Recapta if necessary due to maintenance, technical issues, security reasons, legal requirements, third-party service issues, business reasons, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app, our website, or another appropriate method.
The updated Terms will become effective when posted in the app or on our website, unless otherwise stated.
