Information to include when contacting us
To help us investigate your inquiry, please include the following information where possible:
- Your device model
- Your iOS version
- Your app version
- A description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Any error messages displayed
- For subscription-related inquiries, the approximate date of purchase or restore attempt
Please do not send sensitive information such as your credit card number, Apple ID password, Google account password, authentication codes, or other credentials.
Subscription cancellation
Recapta Pro Monthly is an auto-renewable subscription provided through the App Store.
You can cancel your subscription from the App Store subscription management screen.
Deleting the app or deleting Recapta data does not cancel your subscription.
To cancel a subscription, please use the App Store subscription management screen.
Restore purchases
If you cannot access Pro features after changing devices or reinstalling the app, please try using “Restore Purchases” in the app.
To restore a purchase, you must be signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s policies and procedures.
We do not directly control Apple-managed payments or refund decisions.
If you would like to request a refund, please follow Apple’s refund request process.
Delete Recapta Data
If you are signed in to Recapta, you can delete Recapta data associated with your currently signed-in account from within the app.
To delete Recapta data, open the Settings tab and select “Delete Recapta Data.”
This may delete investment records, settings, bookmarks, milestones, and related app data.
Deleting Recapta data does not delete your Apple ID, Google account, or App Store subscription.
Deleting Recapta data does not cancel your App Store subscription. To cancel a subscription, you must use the App Store subscription management screen.
After deleting Recapta data, if you use Recapta again with the same sign-in method, new Recapta data may be created.
